Located in a gated community on scenic highway A1A and surrounded by expansive, beautifully maintained landscaping, this spacious unit has two bedrooms and two baths, and is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon on North Hutchinson Island.  North Hutchinson Island, which begins just south of Vero Beach, is recognized as having one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast of Florida, a well kept secret for many years. This town-home is across from the ocean with private beach access.  The unit features vaulted ceilings in the living/dining area and offers a view of the large heated pool, gazebo, and marina. The patio, accessed from both the kitchen and living area, also overlooks the community pool, jacuzzi, and boat slips. Master bedroom has a king bedroom suite, and adjoins the master bath with walk-in closet; the 2nd bedroom has a queen bedroom suite.  This unit is also available for purchase - please inquire.

This home is completely furnished! Modern kitchen with all new appliances
this year is fully equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, range/oven,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, and all cooking
utensils. In-unit Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, VCR, and a community BBQ Grill are also included.
All linens are provided, so bring your toothbrush and have a great vacation
in the Florida sunshine.

The area is well renowned for sportfishing, and the downtown waterfront is
only five miles away; with restaurants, marina, charter fishing trips, and
unlimited shopping. Kayak and Jet Ski rentals are also available in the
area. Only one hour to Palm Beach Gardens shopping; and Disney World, Sea World, Epcott, and the Cape Kennady Space Center are less than a two hour drive. The Inlet State Park is just minutes away, with nature trails and
beautiful beaches bordering the inlet. There are also several Golf Courses
conveniently located nearby. The Treasure Coast is also home to abundant
marine and wildlife, with many tour options available - from air boating and
seeing alligators in their natural habitat, to watching dolphins and manatees
in the Indian River - just a few of the activities available for your
enjoyment.

One Month - $2400/Month

Off-Season Rates (May 1 – November 30)

A $500 Deposit Required with Reservation

Rates are adjusted each March 31 for the following season.  Quoted rates are for one couple (2 adults).  Each additional tenant will be charged $50 per week.

Water and Network Cable TV are included.  The first $30 of the Electric Bill is also included in the above rates.  Tenant is responsible for any additional charges. 

A small pet (under 20 pounds) is allowed with a $100 non-refundable deposit

Boat slips available on site

A cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
