This is a truly unique set up with this rental property. The Marina in Fife Lake at one time had a "Bait and Tackle" as well; which has closed. Now the two units have been created on the property above in which we now offer one of them to you as a vacation rental. This home comes with amazing views, 270 feet of waterfront property, and includes your own boat slip! After all, you are at the Marina.

So, grab your boats and fishing poles (or you may rent them through us) and head north!

Interior:

Remodeled in 2007. The rental unit includes three bedrooms with cedar lined closets; one bedroom with a king size bed, another bedroom with a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a full size bed. There is one very large bathroom that includes a jaccuzi, as well as your towels and linens. The living room overlooks the Lake and has brand new french paned windows to capture each and every sunset. There's a galley kitchen with lots of cupboard space for your family to use, and all cookware is provided to add to the comforts of home. Every seat in the living room is fabulous with views from every window. Pick one!

Exterior:

Located directly on Fife Lake with 270 feet of waterfront property, and your very own boat slip to use. Fife Lake is known for being a fun "all sports" Lake, as well as a fantastic Lake to fish on. Walleye is one of their "claims to fame", as well as whitefish and small mouth bass.

Also located on the property are grills, picnic tables and a fire pit.

Fife Lake is a small community that is located approximately 20 minutes from Traverse City. The cottage is within walking distance to everything; including the grocery store, restaurants, public beach, and local shops.

The area hosts many activities; including Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Micheal Moore's Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino's, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at Interlochen and the Opera House; you're certain to stay busy. Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround the area. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you'll want to tell your friends and family about (as you're looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested. 

Weekly calendars of events/activities will also be provided for you, so you may capture everything this area has to offer.

Available on a month by month, weekly or weekend basis. Please inquire about rates and availability.

Boat Rates:

Pontoon, jetski's, fishing boats, power boats, dingys, and water trampolines are also available to rent. Ask our concierge for pricing and availability.
