Interior:

This air conditioned condo features two bedrooms and two baths.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private full size master bath.  The other bedroom has a full size bed in it, as well as an additional full size bathroom across the hallway.  Additional sleeping is available in the living room on the queen size sofa sleeper AND the twin size sofa sleeper.  All linens are graciously provided! 

The living room has a sofa, loveseat and oversized chair to provide lots of seating (and sleeping if needed) while viewing the large plasma TV...sipping wine from the bar or tossing darts with your "over competetive brother". 

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen and snack bar that includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster; as well as the other cookware mwking your condo feel like home.  There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use for your convenience; in addition to wireless internet.

Exterior:

Large windows provide that wonderful sunlight to start your morning, as you enjoy your first cups of coffee on the patio.  Or unwind to a sunset before taking advantage of the night life Traverse City has to offer.  An individual parking pass is provided to you for your private spot.  Additional passes for your guests are also included. 

So, grab your bikes (or rent them from our concierge) and head north!

The area hosts many activities; including Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Micheal Moore's Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino's, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at Interlochen and the Opera House; you're certain to stay busy. Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround the area. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you'll want to tell your friends and family about (as you're looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested.

Boat Rentals:
