This single story home with an oversized 2 car garage plus hangar,sits on a 1 acre manicured lot, with fruit trees.
4 large bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, laundry room, large eat-in gourmet granite kitchen, formal dining room, formal living room, family room with fireplace, Heated POOL and lighted outdoor Corian and Glass Block Bar that seats 10, with a refrigerator and sink. Almost all rooms overlook the heated pool and have french doors or pocket sliders, giving full access to outdoor Lani. The family room has 5 lazy boy reclining pieces and a large 47" flat screen HD high mounted TV for your viewing pleasure. Off to the left of the living room is the luxurious Master suite bedroom, with walk in closet. Attached is the gigantic master bath with garden tub, separate  shower, double sinks, all in a separate wing of the house. The master bedroom has a Temperpedic King size bed that overlooks the outdoor pool through the french doors. The sliders out to the Lanai make it easy for that late night swim. There is a full Pool Bath with double shower for bathing after you swim. Off to the right of the living room is the formal dining area that seats 10-12.
Our brand new granite gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those wishing to cook everything from a quick breakfast, to a full 5 course meal. Enjoy your breakfast with your freshly squeezed grapefruit juice from our fruit trees, at the breakfast bar, in the eat-in kitchen or outside in the lani. The lani is fully screen-enclosed so you may eat all of your meals outside, anytime of the day or night. A large gourmet stainless grill is yours for your stay.
All brand new kitchen appliances at your disposal: Double oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice maker, toaster, can opener, juicer, mixer & much more.  Off of the kitchen area is the gigantic family room. We have a toy closet full of toys for the little ones. Next to the family room are 2 more King size bedrooms with ample closets and dressers. All bedrooms have their own cable TV and ceiling fans. There is a large master bath beween these 2 bedrooms. In a completely separate wing is another bedroom with Twin/King.)  This bedroom has it's own 2 piece bath. There is a crib, stroller and high chair, pus a Queen blow-up bed. The family room is set up for your high-speed Internet. and wireless. Surrounding the patio and pool deck are large sliding glass pocket doors that completely open up the Living Room, Family Room, Breakfast Great Room, Master Bedroom and the Lanai into 1 large indoor/outdoor space to accommodate a large crowd. It has large covered patio and party deck furniture to seat 16 people.
We provide everything that you could possibly desire for a luxury vacation from sheets, towels, pool toys to washer and dryer for the laundry.

Please refer to calendar posted top right corner of page for dates still available. August 2009 through April 2010 $1000 each week plus $100 additional for hot tub in winter months. Weeks run Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun if available, If you need middle of the week to middle of the next week you may need to pay for both weeks-please check on availability. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are $1260 per week. Booking requires a 50% deposit due within 10 days of email request, and fully refundable $200 security deposit with final payment. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check in (cashiers check, personal check, or money order) Walk through immediately at both check in, and check out times.The Security deposit of $200 will be held and refunded in cash at time of check out as long as there are no missing or damaged items or extensive cleaning necessary. Renters must be 25 years old to rent.   Cancellations: within 4 weeks of arrival date will forfeit deposit.
