This estate home is situated on over an acre of private property, and is located in a gated airport community,  only 35 miles north of Tampa International Airport and 5 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.  Only 15 minutes to the BEACH on the Gulf of Mexico. We are only 20 minutes from Tarpon Springs,  and the world famous Sponge Docks, a short 40 minute drive to Busch Gardens/ Adventure Island.

All Bedrooms have TV's and top of the line comfortable King Size Beds, Tempurpedic, Simmons Beauty-Rest, and Kluft, a hand made Latex as used in the White House.  Bedroom #4 can be set up as a  King/or 2 Twins, your choice. For the babies we have one regular crib and one port-a-crib.  We have an extra Queen Blow up Bed for 2 extra guests, upon request ($50 charge per week).  There are 3 Full baths and 1/2 bath all have hair dryers (4 total) there is a 47 " HDTV cable TV with HBO in the family room, Flat screen with cable HBO in Master Bedroom  (total 6 TV's.) smoke free, pet free, allergy-free home, is beautifully decorated  in the Florida motiff.  This home features a large living room, and separate formal dining room, a large eat-in gourmet granite kitchen, a gigantic family room with a fireplace,  and laundry room.  The lighted outdoor Corian and Glass Block TIKI Bar that seats 10 and is steps away from the solar heated pool and VITA-SPA. Almost all rooms overlook the heated pool and have french doors or pocketed sliders, giving full access to the outdoor Lani.   Off to the left of the living room is the luxurious Master suite bedroom, with walk in closet. Attached is the gigantic master bath with garden tub, separate  marble shower, double sinks, all in a separate wing of the house. This bedroom opens out to the Lanai make it easy for that late night swim or hot tubbing. There is also a full outdoor Pool Bath with double shower for bathing after you swim. Our new granite gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those wishing to cook everything from a quick breakfast, to a full 5 course meal for Thanksgiving. The lani is fully screen-enclosed so you may eat all of your meals outside, anytime of the day or night. We provide a large gourmet stainless steel outdoor grill and outdoor refrigerator.
Gourmet kitchen has 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker in the door, 4 slice toaster, can opener, juicer, coffee maker, mixer & much more.  Adjoining the kitchen area is the gigantic family room, with a toy closet full of toys for the little ones. Behind the family room are 2 more King size bedrooms with ample closets and dressers. All bedrooms have their own cable TV and ceiling fans. There is a large master bath beween these 2 bedrooms. In a completely separate wing is another bedroom with Twin/King.)  This bedroom has it's own 2 piece bath. We have a stroller and high chair, and 2 booster chairs. The family room is set up for your high-speed Internet and wireless.  The Lanai, or outdoor space can accommodate a large crowd. It has large covered patio and party deck with furniture to seat 16 people.
We provide everything that you could possibly desire for a luxury vacation from our  high count sheets, beach and bath towels, beach chairs, umbrellas,  beach mats, and pool toys.

Unlike all other rentals we provide you with gourmet coffee (Dunkin Donuts), and tea, the most popular Mccormick Spices, Sugar, Salt and Pepper.  We also provide all paper products, all kitchen dishwashing and laundry supplies. In all baths you will find Soaps and Shampoos.

Gulf beaches are all within 10-15 minutes, we provide a book showing their locations, also an abundance of outdoor sporting opportunities are evident by the numerous public and private golf courses, tennis courts and recreation facilities. Those who enjoy the great outdoors will appreciate the many lakes, rivers, crystal clear springs and nature parks found throughout the area.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy 8 adults plus 2 babies (a Queen blow up bed is also available for 2 additional persons upon reques at a rate of $50 per week.

Note:Another home in the same neigborhood may be available at $100 to $150 per night that will accomodate up to 8 additional people, for larger groups.

IF additional people not listed on the contract are found to be staying in the home without prior consent of the owner, the contract will be voided and security may be withheld. 

Booking require a 50% deposit by check in US FUNDS to be paid within 10 days of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

 A fully refundable $200 security deposit is due with final payment.  The Security deposit of $200 will be refunded in cash on the day you leave, as long as there are no missing or damaged items or extensive cleaning necessary.  

One time cleaning fee $150 for 1-4 guests, $200 for 5-10 guests

Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will forfeit deposit. 

Check in time is 4:00 pm,  however earlier check in may be available upon request. 
Check out time is 11:00 am, later check out may also be available upon request

Smoking is never permitted inside the home.
