Located at 200 Lenell Road, you are centrally located on the island close to everything.  No need to rent a car unless you just want to.  Let the trolley shuttle you around.

This modern one bedroom, one and a half bath condo, sits on a deep water canal behind Santini Marina Plaza.  Watch the boats go by from the marina or enjoy the dolphins that come in to play, all while sitting on your screened in lanai. 

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and in-room TV.  One and a half baths is a nice feature that allows two to get ready without struggling with just one bathroom.  The fully equipped kitchen has newer appliance and everything you could want or need to prepare a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal.  Feel like grilling while on vacation?  No problem with the waterside gas grills in the common area.  There’s even a great sitting area, grill side, where you can enjoy your fresh grilled meal on the waterfront. 

The living room has a sleeper sofa for an additional two guests you might have, and opens to the screened in lanai.  A large screen TV, DVD player and high speed cable internet are in the living room for your use. 

Cool off in the in-ground heated pool after relaxing poolside in one of the many loungers.  Need to do laundry?  No problem.  The laundry room is located poolside, making laundry tasks while relaxing a snap.  

This complex has a great waterside boardwalk that you’ll love walking along and fishing from.  There’s even a fish cleaning station for your use.

Phone, central air conditioning, high speed cable internet, cable TV’s, DVD player, full kitchen with all amenities, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, common washers/dryers, in-ground heated pool, on a canal offering great fishing and boating from the back yard, lounge chairs, gas grills (BBQ), beach towels, daily housekeeping and turn down service available, kayaks, additional bikes, and other items also available through our rental department.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

Christmas, New Years and Easter  - $950.00/week

Add a departure cleaning fee of $80.00, 11% FL Sales Tax, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $40 damage waiver fee. Rates include all utilities.  All stays over 4 weeks include a bi-weekly cleaning and your departure clean.  Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
