This air conditioned property has two bedrooms, the Master with a Queen size bed, second bedroom
with a twin bed, and the Living room with a Queen Futon. Inside you will find a fully equipped
indoor kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room. Outside there is a relaxing screened in
wooden patio with with access to the Outdoor barbeque, kitchen and dining area for the fresh catch
of the day. For your convenience there is also a washer and dryer and outdoor shower.

There is a short walk to the nearby private beach with boat ramp, fishing pier with beatiful Key
Largo Sunsets, or other fishing spots around the community. There is also plenty to do nearby with
the John Pennekamp State Park among many others for all types of outdoor activities from snorkeling
out in the reefs, diving, fishing, even boat rentals. You will also find a convenient Publix
Shopping Center located within half a mile that accomodates all your shopping needs.
