"Sli na Fia" Luxury mountain villa in Mont Tremblant

Constructed in 2008, Sli na Fia ("Way of the Deer" in gaelic)comprises approximately 2,500 square
feet on three levels and
comprises four (4) bedrooms, three and a half ( 3 1/2) bathrooms, family room, living room, kitchen,
laundry room, two (2) decks and an out-door hot tub.

Location
The villa is located adjacent to the Domain Saint Bernard and just ten (10) minutes from the
Tremblant ski slopes. Its high location provides spectacular views over Lac Ouimet and the
Laurentian mountains.

Kitchen & Dining
The cherry wood kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully equipped with stainless steel
appliances, a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A breakfast counter can seat three (3) people.

The adjoining dining area with its circular dining table can seat up to eight (8) people.

Living Room
The living room, with a wood burning fireplace, is exquisitely and comfortably furnished to provide
an area for quiet relaxation. Patio doors open to a wrap around deck. The room also has a surround
sound music system with an ipod docking station.

Master Suite
The master bedroom features a double window and three single windows affording spectacular views and
is furnished with a queen-size bed, spacious built-in closets, chest of drawers and cable tv.

The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a strategically placed air-bath to enable
you bathe and relax and enjoy the view.

Upstairs Bedrooms
In addition to the master-suite, upstairs also has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom
with a shower/bath.

Family Room
Downstairs comprises the family room, fourth bedroom, third bathroom and family room.

As with the living room, the family room is comfortably furnished and has a 42" LCD TV, cable tv,
dvd player and a surround sound music system with an ipod docking station.

An area of the family room has been established as an office area with WiFi internet.

Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom has a double bed and single bunk beds.

Hot-Tub
The six-person hot-tub is located off the lower deck.

Special rates for 2011 fall foliage season - 3 nights C$1,000, 4 nights C$1,200, 5 nights $1,400 and 7 nights $1,800 inclusive of all taxes.

Jan to Mar - 5 nights C$2,600, 6 nights C$2,950, 7 nights C$3,400 inclusive of all taxes.
