Has 2 Bedrooms, each with their own bath and adjoining sleeping lanai - first bedroom has a queen and there is also a queen on the adjoining sleeper lanai. Second bedroom has a queen and there is a full size sleeper sofa on the second bedroom's adjoining sleeping lanai. (Note there is not a whole lot of privacy between the bedrooms and sleeping lanais, but the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home from each other.)

Property is a short 5 minutes drive from town - shopping restaurants,
movie theatres - and several of the great local beaches. You also
have a great view of downtown Kona and can watch the cruise ships and
charter boats sail in and out of Kailua Bay.

Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs,
and umbrella strollers available on request.

Lots of Extras provided - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV/DVD, stereo, Wireless Internet.  Kitchens is stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil,
condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides :  No damage deposits to worry with. Your initial e-mails are welcome, but we will  require a telephone  chat before we  finalize any  contract.

We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home.  TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with  25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival. We  can arrange an arrival payment.
