First Floor:  Kitchen with full appliances and gadgets; separate dining area; 1/2 bath with laundry closet (newer washer and dryer - separates); living room with pull out queen size sleeper couch; TV, DVD, VCR, Brighthouse Cable TV.

Second Floor:  2 large bedrooms with double sink bathrooom; closet with bedlinens. towels, hairdryer; terrace off of master bedroom with chairs - southern exposure with unobstructed view of an undeveloped palm forest.

Sebastian Inlet State Park is twenty minutes down the road - excellent for fishing, surfing, or just having a picnic.  There are also 2-3 other beach parks within  10-15 minutes on A1A.

Disneyland is about 1 hour away.

One of the nicest beaches on the east coast is a 4 minute walk east, and beautiful sunsets over the Indian river are a 4 minute walk west!

Seasonally 1500/month plus security deposit refundable less electric bill, water usage over fifty dollars (I have not yet seen a bill over $30), and cleaning charges.
