The living room includes a new, leather, full sized sofa bed (sleeps
2), a 37" Flat Screen LCD TV and DVD Player.

The bathroom and dressing area have been updated with new fixtures
and extra storage. A huge walk-in closet offers enough room for just
about anything you need to store.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a range/oven, refrigerator with
automatic ice maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee maker, food processor and garbage disposal.

Basic dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans are also included.

1st Floor laundry facilities are available just right of the elevator.

An assigned parking space under the car port is approximately 50 feet
away.

Across the street you have access to our Pavillion and private beach
on the Gulf of Mexico, complete with showers, lockers and rest rooms.
Enjoy romantic sunsets on the Gulf.

There are 4 pools in the complex with one just a short walk from our
unit.

For the exercise minded there is a fully equipped gym with both
machines and free weights, as well as, showers and saunas.

St. Armands Circle with its' many shops and restaurants. Lido Beach
is a stones throw from St. Armands. Further South is Sarasota
with the theater district, shopping and more restaurants. Continuing
on you can visit Siesta Key with their famous white sand beach.

North of Longboat Key is Anna Maria Island where you can enjoy
parasailing and a wide variety of
shops and restaurants.

1 Month Minimum stay. Discount for stays over 3 months.

hot water, central A/C and electric are included in the quoted rate.
