Sunrise CC Condo with Beautiful Mountain & Fairway Views in Rancho Mirage

Our Condo is fully furnished and consist of 2 bedrooms/2 baths and is situated in Sunrise Country
Club on the 10th fairway with southern views of the gorgeous
Santa Rosa Mountains. Master bedroom has a king bed, connected
bathroom and opens to the fairway patio. Second bedroom has 2 twin
beds, connected bathroom and opens to the private courtyard patio.
Condo includes: 46" LCD HDTV (LR), 26" LCD HDTV (MBR),
TV-DVD (2nd BRM), BBQ (Courtyard), attached
garage with washer/dryer and bikes, 24 hr. security. Unit has free
wireless internet and phone with free long distance nationwide and
Canada. We also pay the annual fee for your free access to the Sunrise gym.

Sunrise is a private country club consisting of 22 swimming pools
with spas, 13 tennis courts, 18 hole (par 64) executive golf course,
fitness center, dining room and snack bar. We are equity members which allows you special weekly/monthly golf and tennis rates. Our condo is walking distance to "The River," dining, shops and theaters and to Eisenhower Medical Center. We are 3 miles to El Paseo, 5 miles to Agua Caliente Casino and 12 miles to Palm Springs International Airport.

Sunrise Country Club is a destination in itself. The Coachella
Valley has over 100 golf courses, PGA/LPGA Golf Tournaments, BNP 
Paribas Tennis Tournament, live outdoor concerts, The McCallum
Theatre, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, miles of hiking trails plus 350
days of sunshine per year. If you still want more, it's a 2 hr drive
to Disneyland, 2 hr drive for winter snow skiing, 2 hr drive to
Hollywood and a 4 hr drive to Las Vegas.

The following 2013/2014 rental rates include cleaning fees, all taxes, utilities, wireless internet, long distance (USA and CANADA) phone service and Sunrise gym membership.            

• May thru October, $125/night*, 700/wk, $1600/mo
• November and December, $1000/wk, $2800/mo.
• January, $1050/wk, $3000/mo.
• February and March, $1200/wk, $3200/mo.
• April, $1050/wk, $3000/mo.
• All rents must be paid in full 45 days prior to move-in. US
  dollars.  Our unit does not allow pets or smoking.
• * 2 night minimum May thru Oct
• 1 week minimum Nov thru April
• Call for discount on multi-month rentals
• All reservations require a $500 security deposit which is fully refundable less any damage.
