vacation and enjoy all the great things to do. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom
has a full bunk bed. The family room has a full futon/bed. Sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. You
will be able to relax on a hammock under the Tiki Hut with a smooth sea breeze. Or sip on a
Margarita while relaxing in the Jacuzzi.
Shaded outdoor area for picnics, grilling or relaxing. Just a few minutes from everything the Florida
Keys has to offer, including snorkeling, diving, fishing and the relaxing Keys lifestyle.

* $1,850 per month (includes all utilities)or $600 per week (Rates subject to change depending on
season).
* Daily/weekend rate may vary. Please call for rates.
* A Refundable security deposit of $250.00 will be returned upon property inspection for any damages
7 days after your departure. Deposit has to be paid to us once the unit is booked and is held thru
the duration of your stay.
* $50 Cleaning Fee may be waived if property is returned in exact condition as when rented.
