This condo offers so much more then a hotel room or a similar sized condo. For example here are just
some of the features. The living room has an auto ignite gas fireplace, tv, dvd, and a Mountain
and "Old Town" view from the windows. The fully equiped kitchen has granite counter tops, full sized
cook top and oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker and a
full set of dishes, silver ware, pots and pans etc.. The oversized bathroom has a tiled tub/shower
combination, a granite counter surrounding the sink and cupboard and drawers to store all of your
personal items. The large separate bedroom has a king sized bed, desk with high speed internet, an
armoire with tv, a Mountain and "Old Town" view from the windows and a spacious walk in closet. The
utility room has a washer and dryer along with shelfs for storage.
Rent directly from the owner and save. If booked through the Hotel (which many of these units are)
this beautifully decorated one bed room unit would cost much much more. Our prices include all taxes.
There is a security deposit of $300.(refundable) and a departure cleaning fee of $75. in addition to
the room charge. (This is a no smoking and no pet condo.)
Please note. This unit is not part of the Hotel. There is no room service or maid service during the
term of your stay. Also, use of the Hotels non public facilities is not included.
