Payment: 50% of the rental cost is due to hold a reservation. Final payment is due latest 4 weeks before arrival.

A Security Deposit of $1000 is due at time of final payment. Fully refundable within two weeks after departure, assuming everything is left in good order.

Cleaning Fee of $200 is Deducted from the Security Deposit.
