Our home is located just 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World in Windsor
Palms Resort, a private gated community. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom
home is beautifully appointed,fully equipped, and child-friendly.
It features 2 master bedrooms, 5 TV's,3 VCR/DVD, and X-box The home
has
an open spacious feel of luxury including a covered lanai,
livingroom, formal dining room, and a breakfast nook overlooking the
pool and spa. While staying at our home, be sure to take advantage of
the clubhouse. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay.

Our home is fully equipped for your stay in Florida. Additional
features include TV's in all bedrooms, stereo, full size washer and
dryer, towels (except beach towels),linens, high-chair, and porta-
crib. The kitchen is also fully furnished. Also, relax by your own
private swimming pool and spa while cooking on your own gas grill.

Enjoy the resort amenities at the clubhouse including an Olympic size
swimming pool, billiards, basketball, volleyball, tennis, exercise
room, childrens playground and picnic area. This resort has it all.
The clubhouse has a 52-seat movie theatre and convenience store.

*A $250 refundable deposit is required to reserve the home. No actual
charge is made unless there is careless damage to the home or
excessive cleaning is needed. Full payment is due 60 days prior to
arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival
date may reschedule reservation (where possible) by re-utilizing
deposits, subject to a $25.00 fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days
before arrival date forfeit deposit in full. Alterations to any
reservation dates (where possible) are subject to a $25.00 fee.
