The Three bedroom Tommy Bahama Island House has origonal hardwood floors, new wood kitchen, Flat LCD 32 inch color TV in Master Bedroom, flat LCD  TV in guest bedroom,  2 quality stereo and cd players ,DVD,  All beds have new Seally Posturpedic Firm Mattress . Tommy Bahama Island wood furniture, designer decorated and well appointed house , Classic charming beach house with small  front and rear porch.  This 1920's beach house had an interior update
in 2010 with new bathrooms, tile floors,origonal wood floors,  new roofs and 
furniture. The master bedroom opens to the living room and closes off with drapery, so there is no wall which allows the room to feel much larger, but less privacy if guest sleep in the living room sofa bed.  There is a total of 10 beach cottages available like the Island House and  they are one , two ,and three bedroom but  no Gulf  view.  All Cottages have all have  pull out sofa couches so they sleep four or five with a rollawway bed or inflatable. Cute,cozy, and beachy, they remind
you of visiting the beach in the 1920s, when they were built.
Tastfully decorated and unique they great for large
families with children and pets who want to run back and forth to
the beach all day. There are  no streets to cross. . Location: 644 Mandalay Ave.
The Beach Cottages are  7 blocks walk or about 10 minutes  to Pier 60 and all activities of the Beach. 4 blocks walk to swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball, community and recreation center for children and playground.

 There are 2 stainless steel   Commercial BBQ grills  available to guests. with pic nic tables and  Gazebo in the backyard of the Cottages. Wifi and direct computer hookup is directly in the Tommy Bahama house and recieved in most  other cottages. Dolphin Cottage also has direct computer hookup and wifi is transmitted from this cottage. This house a covered wood deck off the rear bedroom with has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. 

Linens and towels are provided upon check  in .   Paper goods included. Wedding parties and family reunions are great at the cottages. Our super friendly staff will assist you will all your beach vacation needs. The cottages are perfect for  fun loving people who just want to have a great beach vacation. For guests who just want to go back and forth to the beach all day, listen to Jimmy Buffet, have a drink ourside their front porch, make friends and enjoy life.  The cottages are shabby chic and cute and artsy. Well heeled travelers who prefer the level of expections delivered  at hotels like the Hilton, Marriot, Hyatt and  Expensive  resorts  should reserve there as our Beach Cottages are cute, clean and cozy, but not perfect and cannot satisfy some guests.  These 1920 Cottages may have imperfections as they have  aged from ocean air, weather and time, but inside the furnishings are all new, quality and clean.   Our Policies: Your cottage will be impecably clean upon arrive and should look similar  upon leaving. There is additional cleaning charges added to your bill if the trash is not put in the Garbage pails behind the Corner Cottages, dishes left in sink, very messy cottage, towels or anything missing.  These are beautiful family vacation cottages. Noise after 11:00 pm ,inviting unregistered guests overnight  without  permission , or unacceptable behavior such as underage  public intoxication could result in eviction without refund at the managers discretion. Please leave beds unmade and used towels in bathtub upon check out. 

The beach is 100-200 steps/yards walk just down the block(less than one minute) You step outside and see the beach, but it may be blocked from your window by another house, except the Tommy Bahama 3 bedroom.
Pier 60 with vendors, entertainers, fishing pier, bands and nightime activities 7 blocks walk,about 7 minutes to 10 minutes. Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Restuarant and Palm Pavillion outdoor waterfront restuarants 4 blocks walk. . Live music at both and directlly on the sand.  Angelos Pizza and Shipwreck Bar are across the street on Mandalay Ave.  Olympic size adult pool and childrens play pool, showers, lifeguard, recreation center, tennis and basketball, library and boat ramp just across the  street and 4 blocks walk (small fee for guests all provided by the City of Clearwater) Free childrens playground and park with bocci courts, rides, BBQ grill just across the street, two block down on Mandalay Ave.  Trolly and bus stop just outside takes you all over Clearwater for $1.50 all day.  World famous. Tarpon Springs Greek village   with Sponge Diver Boats and resturants., shopping  just 30  minute. drive.
Disneyworld 1 and half hour drive, Universal Studios close to Disneyworld and SeaWorld and all Orlando Resorts. We offer free use of beach chairs and floats. Guest at the cottages are welcome to enjoy our nightly sunset gatherings at the rooftop deck of the Blue Wave Motel,  a few blocks walk ,near the Hilton.

  Our satisfaction policy is that even though we are not responsible for your choice of cottage, if the cottage does not meet your expectations to suit your needs  we will offer another cottage, hotel, condo or rental property that should suite your vacation needs when available at the owners discretion, .if you notify the owner  withing 1 hour of check-in and it is available.  We have many repeat customers and always do whatever it takes to please them. In the busy season we reserve the right to substitute a cottage if overbooked by another agency except if you reserve the 3 bedroom Island House, Tommy Bahama Cottage .Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit within 45 days of reservation less $25 bookeeping fee and any merchant fees charged to us.(except event weeks, holidays, month of March )  If you check out early or check in after your reservation date we generally do not provide refunds, which includes, its raining, its too cold to swim, the kids are fighting and bored, there are jelly fish, hurricane comming, we really wanted  the Hilton

  Internet discount coupons are not valid on holidays, spring break, or prior reservations.  Upon check in if anything is missing or not right, tell the manager immediately so we can immediately fix the problem. A check out inspection is required Spring Break.
