SUMMER RENTERS our home has new rugs/wainscoated bathrooms/ whole house has been repainted and recently carpeted and is extreme cleaned to perfection each turnover day (Saturday).  No charge for professional cleaning company each Saturday!  Air-conditioning & FIOS/3 TV's/DVD player.  Our  home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Briggs Farm. Living room has a 32"flat screen TV. The  large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities: side by side fridge/dishwasher/microwave/coffee maker/ lobster pots/ and there is seating for 6 at the breakfast bar. The living room is freshly painted/new couches/new wood flooring and . The sweetly decorated 4 bedrooms are on 1 level. All have brand new mattresses/new mattress covers the sizes are 3 Queen & 1 Full rooms have night stands/alarm clocks/ large dresser/mirror and ceiling fan.  Our completely renovated downstairs furnished family room is equipped with TV/DVD/VCR/cable. Large capacity washer/dryer. It is a great place for the kids  it is tastefully decorated with 2 couches/one being a pull out/new furniture/ TV/VCR/DVD/fios & Full bath/board games/cards/ Disney classics are supplied. OUTDOORS: New deck/propane Coleman grill/Propane provided/patio furniture/beach wagon/ 4 car driveway.The downstairs brand new full bathroom is wainscoated and decorated to perfection.The upstairs brand new full bathroom is also wainscoated and decorated to perfection.

 The Outdoor Amenities are: enclosed hot/cold shower. Easy access from the kitchen to the tree lined level/private back yard,new deck with patio furniture and brand new large Coleman grill. We supply a beach wagon to make more room in your packed cars. New large capacity washer/dryer/ vacuum cleaner/iron/cleaning  supplies. Cleaning supplies for you toclean the home because I have to charge $125 cleaning fee if  the house is not left clean!! 

The brand new fully furnished downstairs playroom is great for a kids
play/game area. We have plenty of board games and Disney VCR tapes for the babes and Disney movies. Large capacity washer/dryer

ANY DAY check in 3 day minimum May 23-June 22 (3) nights minimum at $250.00 per night plus $500 security deposit

June 23-September 4, 2012 $1850   Remember the extras: cleaning supplies/propane/ NO charge for cleaning service/beach wagon/linens if requested.

2012-2013  URI $1950.00 per month/WE PAY for garbage over $500 in savings! Very efficient to heat in winter 250 gal oil tank.

SUMMER RENTERS: $500 security dep is due when bkd the check is CASHED then becomes damage dep. Check is rtnd within 72hrs after inspection. NO charge for the weekly extreme clean maid service but the house must be left clean by the renter! Or I will have to deduct $125.00 from the deposit.
