Wainscoted bathrooms and lovely pottery barn paint color rooms await. Recently carpeted and is extreme cleaned to perfection each turnover day (Saturday).  No charge for professional cleaning company each Saturday!  A/C  FIOS/2 TV's/DVD players/  Our  home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Briggs Farm. Surrounded by 3 state beaches. Living room has 32"flat screen and another 2 TV's in bedrooms. seating for 6 at the breakfast bar.

 The house has Ethan Allen /Pottery Barn furnishings/new wood flooring. The sweetly decorated 4 bedrooms are on 1 level. All have brand new mattresses/new mattress covers the sizes are: 3 Queen & 1 Full /night stand/large dressers/ alarm clock/ceiling fans are in each bedroom..  Our completely renovated downstairs furnished bonus room is equipped with TV/DVD/VCR/FIOS. It is a great place for the kids  it is tastefully decorated with 2  BRAND NEW LEATHER PULL OUT COUCHES/ TV/VCR/DVD/. 

 OUTDOORS: New deck/propane Coleman grill/Propane provided/patio furniture/beach wagon/4 car driveway. The downstairs private brand new full bathroom.

The upstairs brand new full bathroom is also wainscoted.

 The Outdoor Amenities are: Enclosed hot/cold shower to desand. Easy access from the kitchen to the tree lined level  back yard so you can keep an eye on the children. Private back yard & new deck with patio furniture and brand new large Coleman grill. . New large capacity washer/dryer/vacuum cleaner/iron & cleaning supplies are supplied for you. If the home is not left clean I have to charge the $125 cleaning fee. l

URI  2013-2014  $1900. (4) bedrooms    $2100(5) bedrooms. WE PAY for garbage over $400 in savings and Water a savings of $200. ! Very efficient to heat   OIL  Well insulated home.      

SUMMER RENTERS: $500 security dep is due when bkd. The check is CASHED then becomes damage dep. Check is rtnd within 72hrs after inspection. NO charge for the weekly extreme clean maid service but the house must be left clean by the renter! Or I will have to deduct $125.00 from the security deposit.
