Located in the heart of the Grandview Heights Historic Neighborhood of downtown West Palm Beach, Casa Blanca is a beautifully restored historic 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1925 Spanish Mission cottage with a private heated pool in a lush, tropical landscape. Famous Palm Beach Island with its beautiful beaches and bike trails is just a 10 minute bike ride away. The Casa Blanca sleeps up to 5 people (including a day bed in the reading room) and is luxuriously furnished in a mediterranean revival style.

The amenities include: heated pool, central air and heat; a fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/ coffee maker, microwave, blender, spices, cookware, etc; cable television with DVD; high speed internet; bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; phone w/ unlimited local calls; private fenced backyard; outdoor grill; outdoor seating; beach towels; infant crib; bicycles.

City Place, the revived area of downtown West Palm Beach with restaurants, theaters and shops, is 15 minutes walking distance. You can also use one of the complimentary bicycles to get around town. The Norton Museum of Art, Kravis Center of Performing Arts, the Palm Beach County Convention Center, Palm Beach Atlantic University and Armory Art Center are also within 5 minutes walking distance. Coco Palm Cottage is located adjacent to Howard Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, a jogging path and plenty of green space for a picnic.
