The home has 3 bedrooms, den, and 2 full baths. The oversized master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, large jacuzzi soaking tub, plus a separate stand-up shower, and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed.

There are custom plantation shutters and vertical blinds throughout the home, as well as custom ceiling fans. The living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, den, and bathrooms all feature upgrade ceramic tile, and the bedrooms are carpeted.

Everything--the furniture, towels, sheets, dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, appliances--is ready for you! There is a 32-inch TV in the living room's entertainment center and a wall-mounted TV in the master bedroom. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room.

the picturesque scenery of central Florida's horse country with its rolling hills and beautiful
thoroughbred horse farms. SummerGlen is located 10 minutes south of Ocala, just a few
minutes off Interstate 75.

Rental fees are based on the season as follows:
January, February, March: $2,100 a month.
April, November, and December: $1,800 a month.
May through October: $1,600 a month.

Please inquire regarding long-term rentals of six months or more, as we offer a discount
for extended stays.

Rental fees are two-person rates. One half month's rent security deposit is required with
booking. Preferred lease arrangements are as follows: three-month lease during the peak
season from January through March and a two-month lease preferred at all other times.
Rental includes utilities (electric, water and gas) up to $300. We will consider both short-
term or long-term rentals.
