Ocala, Florida. It is available for either short-term or long-term rental. Everything is brand 
new, and this luxuriously furnished home is totally move-in ready!

This home--one of SummerGlen's Bal Harbour model floorplans--is one of the largest in 
the community with 2,287 square feet, plus a two-car garage and screened lanai!

The home has 3 bedrooms, den, and 2 full baths. The oversized master bedroom suite 
features a king-size bed, large jacuzzi soaking tub, plus a separate stand-up shower, and 
a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, and the third 
bedroom has a twin bed.

There are custom plantation shutters and vertical blinds throughout the home, as well as 
custom ceiling fans. The living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, den, and 
bathrooms all feature upgrade ceramic tile, and the bedrooms are carpeted. 

Everything--the furniture, towels, sheets, dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, coffee 
maker, toaster, appliances--is brand new, and there is a 32-inch TV in the living room 
entertainment center. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Located just one hour from Disney, one hour from Tampa, and 45 minutes from Gainsville, 
Ocala is beautiful year-round, with great weather even in the summer months! You'll enjoy 
the picturesque scenery of central Florida's horse country with its rolling hills and beautiful 
thoroughbred horse farms. SummerGlen is located 10 minutes south of Ocala, just a few 
minutes off Interstate 75.

Retire magazine for the third year running!! It's a super friendly, 55-plus retirement 
community (at least one person must be 55 or older), and your rental includes all 
privileges including clubhouse and fitness center, beautiful beach-entry pool and spa, 
tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and more! Plus, of course, there's 
golf at your doorstep on SummerGlen's beautiful 18-hole championship golf course. 
Additionally, there are loads of clubs and activities you are free to enjoy during your stay. 

Visit Silver Springs, the beautiful 350 acre nature theme park with the largest artesian 
spring in the world. View the underwater beauty in one of the famous glass-bottom boats! 

You can also visit the Ocala National Forest, one of the most popular National Forests in 
the United States, where you can enjoy a canoe trip down a palm-lined stream on a lazy 
summer day, take walks, and drink in the beauty of the area. 

The Villages community is nearby with free, live entertainment nightly. 

Route 200 is just ten minutes away, and you'll find all the major restaurants, plus loads of

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental fees are based on the season as follows:
January, February, March: $2,100 a month.
April, November, and December: $1,800 a month.
May through October: $1,600 a month.

Please inquire regarding long-term rentals of six months or more, as we offer a discount 
for extended stays.

Rental fees are two-person rates. One half month's rent security deposit is required with 
booking. Preferred lease arrangements are as follows:  three-month lease during the peak 
season from January through March and a two-month lease preferred at all other times. 
Rental includes utilities (electric, water and gas) up to $300. We will consider both short-
term or long-term rentals.

No pets and no smoking please.
