Deposits
Refundable Security Deposit: $300. Deposit will be returned within 3-5 days, if no damages to
property at check out.
Non refundable screening fee of $75 is charged in advance by the Condo Association (one per adult
per year). Total deposit + screening fee: $375
Cancellation
Cancellations must be done 30 days in advance before arrival.If cancellation is made 16 to 29 days
before arrival, the amount of deposit will be debited from weekly advance rent payment. No refunds
if cancellation is made 15 days within arrival, because short term rental will be lost. No
prorations on early vacating.
Fees & Taxes
Weekly rates based on seven (7) consecutive nights or more. Monthly prices are based on discounted
30+ day rates.Rates include utilites (water, electricity and TV) except long distance calls.
