Vacation Rental Description

Privacy and space are the keywords for this 2,000 square foot 
apartment in quaint downtown Dunedin.  Dunedin is just north of 
Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico and ranks right at the top of 
the list for most walkable communities.  This two bedroom, two 
bath apartment is on the famous Pinellas Trail, giving you 34 
miles of walking, biking and/or rollerblading. The apartment is 
a block from the main downtown street, the marina and the water.      
 
Apartment has a garage large enough to hold your bikes and your kayak 
and has a dumb waiter. Entrance from the garage is all inside and gated.
Owner holds a year round pass to all the Florida state parks for guests--
Honeymoon Island and Caledesi are 2 miles, natural Florida landscape 
and beautiful beaches.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wireless internet access, fully equipped modern kitchen with cooktop 
stove, dining room and bar, cable tv, fans, telephone, laundry room 
with washer and dryer, all in a very bright space with lots of windows. 
Queen size bed in master bedroom, twin beds in bedroom two. 

This second floor apartment has a great view of Dunedin, with its 
collection of cute antique stores and great restaurants. 
It's only a block to the marina and the beautiful sunsets from 
the docks or a block to walk down to the bay and the beautiful 
bayfront. Apartment has private garage, dumb waiter, burglar
alarm, private entrance.
 
 

Activities and Attractions

Walk or bike the Pinellas Trail. Fishing and boating are within
walking distance.  The world famous beaches of Honeymoon and Caladesi 
Islands are 2 miles.  Just north of Clearwater Beach on the west coast
of Florida, Dunedin is close to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island,
the Dali Museum, Sarasota's Ringling Museum and home, and the 
sponge docks of Tarpon Springs.  Still just a day trip--Disney, 
MGM, Universal, Crystal River, a day of shopping in St. Armand's
Key in Sarasota and the Sarasota beaches, Longboat and Anna 
Maria Key, Bradenton's beaches and planetarium.    

Vacation Rental Rates

New Lower Rates!!  Seasonal rentals two weeks minimum(December-April).  Rent is $650/Wk 
off season, $850 season, includes all utilities.  Deposit required to 
hold a reservation, check or money order.  Can accept credit card on site.
