Thinking of a "staycation" this year?  Come stay with us in Dunedin.  It's almost as cheap as staying home, but you are in Florida.  Large second floor condo with all the amenities, central air, large fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cooktop stove, oven, ice maker) and laundry room, we even stock the place for you with dishwasher soap, detergent, paper towels, etc.  Two baths, one has a walk in shower, both have tubs. 

Dunedin is just north of Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico and ranks right at the top of the list for most walkable communities. This two bedroom, two bath unit is very quiet and very private (no common walls with the owner's unit) and has its own garage.  Not recommended for families with small children as there are a balcony and steps inside the apartment.  Right on the famous Pinellas Trail, giving you 34 miles of paved walking, biking and/or rollerblading. The apartment is a block from the main downtown street,  (Dunedin even has a night club), the marina and the water.  A Toronto Blue Jays team, The Dunedin Jays, also train a few blocks away--plenty of summer games for baseball fans. 

Apartment has a garage large enough to hold your bikes or your kayak along with the car and has a dumb waiter to the second floor. Entrance from the garage is all inside and gated. Pass provided to all the Florida state parks for family use--Honeymoon Island and Caledesi are in Dunedin, natural Florida landscape and beautiful beaches.  Easy access to major highways for side trips.

Not your grandparents' Florida, make your vacation as exciting or as laid back as you want.  Guests bring books and leave books, the two large living room bookcases are full for low key down time.  Guests leave maps of nearby activities, lots of low cost or free activities for your Florida "staycation".

This second floor unit has a great view of Dunedin, with its
collection of cute antique stores and great restaurants.
It's only a block to the marina and the beautiful sunsets from
the docks or a block to walk down to the bay and the natural
bayfront. Apartment has private garage and private entrance with a
locked gate.

Walk or bike the Pinellas Trail. Fishing and boating are within
walking distance. The world famous beaches of Honeymoon and Caladesi
Islands are 2 miles. Just north of Clearwater Beach on the west coast
of Florida, Dunedin is close to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island,
the Dali Museum, Sarasota's Ringling Museum and home, and the
sponge docks of Tarpon Springs. Still just a day trip--Disney,
MGM, Universal, Crystal River, a day of shopping in St. Armand's
Key in Sarasota and the Sarasota beaches, Longboat and Anna
Maria Key, Bradenton's beaches and planetarium.

New Lower Rates!! Rent is $700/wk off season (middle of April til Thanksgiving week), one week minimum. Season (Thanksgiving-middle of April) is $850/wk two week minimum or owner approval for less time.  Rent includes all utilities, linens, etc.   Deposit required to hold a reservation, check or money order. Can accept credit card on site for balance due.
