Turtle Cay is a Great Beach House with a “Touch of Class”.  This oceanfront home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, located on a very private pristine beach between Ponte Vedra (just south of Jacksonville Beach) and St. Augustine. The interior is professionally designed with Views of the Beach in mind. The location is perfect with plenty of shopping, attractions, dining, and entertainment in either direction.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area opens to the spacious living room with plenty of space for family and friends. The Large HD Flat Screen TV has the perfect location above the fireplace, not to block any of the fantastic views of the beach. 

Turtle Cay's Deck is THE Nicest of all Beach Houses in PV 

This home has the Nicest deck of all beach houses!  It’s not bragging if it is true!  Once again, A Touch of Class… The deck stretches from the north end of the house all the way past the south end, then back to the west and around. It is covered on the back of the house, providing a shady, outdoor retreat, while the side and front deck are open to the sun for tanning.

This deck is not wood! No nasty splinters to get under your skin!  No nails to pop up and snag your toe!  It looks like wood, but it is a composite plastic like material that will not deteriorate over time.  BTW, the deck also continues down to the beach with built-in seat near the ocean. 
This is your Private Boardwalk to the beach!

By the way, this composite cost about 3 X more than a pressure treated wood deck that most beach homes have. So why spend so much money on a deck?  The answer is simple, this is where you will spend most of your time!  It should be first class! And it is!  Some beach houses will have Granite Counters, Why?  When you are at the Beach, your time is not going to be sitting in the kitchen… Is it?  Of course not, you are going to be enjoying the Beach, not the kitchen!

The Master Retreat is just that; a beautifully decorated bedroom and bath, replete
with King Sized Bed, TV and private bath.  As soon as you wake you will see the beach with Pelicans flying past your window in formation, dolphins playing in the waves. When you are ready, you can
walk through your own private access to the fabulous deck overlooking nature’s beauty.

On the west side also on the second level is another bedroom that has a Full Sized Bed, a Single Bed and an adjoining bathroom.  In the afternoons you can walk out onto the balcony thur the French Doors and enjoy the sunset over the National Reserve, known as the Guana Reserve.

The downstairs has two bedrooms, one with an Oversized King Bed with some oceaqn views thru the dunes and the other we call, "The Kid's Room" up bunk beds.  Both of these bedrooms have TV's.

Also downstairs is a Full Bath with a Shower / Tub.  You will also find the Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.  Also, downstairs is a garage should you can to use it for your automobile.

We know that the family pet is part of the Family! Here at Turtle Cay your pet is welcome.  We do require a non-refundable Pet  (Not Deposit) with a TWO PET Maximum, upon approval by management; $100 for the first pet and $150 for 2 pets.  We also ask that only well trained, house broken pets be brought into this home. Why the pet fee?  Simply because some of our guests have allergies and it takes our Cleaning Team extra time to get the home ready for the next guests.

Special note to our disabled friends: This is a 2 Story house, the Master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, living area, and kitchen are all upstairs...   THE Ground Floor does have 2 Bedrooms, one with a King Bed and the other with bunk beds.

Do you play golf? If so, you will think that you have died and gone to "Golf Haven.  We have from one of the MOST FAMOUS Links in the world, The Tournament Players Club (TPC at Sawgrass) with the famous Number 17 Island Green; all the way to some very reasonably prices public courses.
