Riverswynd Guest Cabin on the West Gallatin River in Bozeman

Riverswynd Guest Cabin sits on a private rural stretch of the Gallatin River twelve miles west of
Bozeman in the beautiful Gallatin Valley. Recently it has been completely remodelled to provide a
fully equipped modern kitchen, full laundry facilities, new hardwood and tile surfaces, baseboard
heating, and a river rock fireplace. Two bedrooms (a king and a queen), one bath, plus a queen
sleeper sofa in the living room provides comfortable accomodations for up to six people. In
addition, there is a phone with high speed internet access and Direct TV.

The guest cabin is located on a quiet gravel road adjacent to the owners' horse ranch. The property
extends across the road down to the Gallatin River. A one minute walk through cottonwoods gets you
to a spectacular setting on a blue ribbon trout stream. The flyfishing is excellent and wildlife
abounds. Flyfishing, hiking, biking, horseback riding and hotsprings are all within easy access.

Riverswynd Guest Cabin is a member of the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce since 2002. Brochures are

Activities include flyfishing, biking, hiking, walking, river floating, bird and wildliife watching
with close proximity to ski resorts, hotsprings, regional museums and landmarks, Forest Service
mountain trails and more flyfishing rivers.

Summer and holiday rates: $200.00 per night, $1200.00 per week, $1000.00 per week for multiple weeks.
Winter and off season rates: $150.00 per night, $900.00 per week, $750.00 per week for multiple
weeks.
