Our home has been rented by celebrities and world-class designers. It is a luxury rental in the best location in all of Las Vegas. This is a truly one-of-a-kind fully furnished luxury home featuring interior designs from Wynn Hotel designer (featured in both Luxury Las Vegas & Las Vegas Life magazines). You simply  won't find a more modern vacation home with as many amenities (many more photos can be found on our home's site - just Google search "vegas haven" and you will find it).

If you are looking for a luxury "penthouse" rental but in a single-family home, with only the best decor, furnishings, amenities and designs - you've found it! Think W Hotel but in a private home. This former model home sits on a large, secluded, fully fenced corner lot complete with gorgeous heated pool and spa with waterfall.

It is perfect for families and the location is simply the best that you'll find. It is just a block off the south end of The Strip in a single family home community and incredibly safe and quiet - yet you can be at the airport or Mandalay Bay in just five minutes.

Many golf courses are within a 10 minute drive including all of the top restaurants, casinos, spas and shopping centers.  It is in the perfect location...quiet and safe yet so close to all that Vegas has to offer.

Home is fully stocked with DVDs for viewing, iPod docking station, surround sound, games, heated pool & spa, wireless internet and so much more! It may be hard to believe but you'll enjoy all the ammenities so much you may not want to leave this home. Rates (subject to change)

Nightly - $399
Weekly - $1500 (discount may be offered for multiple weeks)
Monthly - $3999 (discount for multi-month stays)

- Cleaning fee (for all stays) - $150-$200 (depends on number of guests and ets)
- Minimum 3 night stay. No additional charge for multiple guests, sleeps 6-8 comfortably!
- Rates increase 50% for holidays and special events such as month of December/Christmas/New Years, March Madness Final Four, Superbowl etc.
- Pets are welcome subject to prior approval and a $20 per day additional fee.
- $500 damage deposit for nighty and weekly rentals, 1 month damage deposit for monthly stays.
- 50% of full amount due at time of booking to hold reservation, 100% due 30 days prior.
- Refunds: Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled
59 – 45 days prior. 25% refund if cancelled 44 – 30 days prior. No refunds if cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival date.
