 Our regular weekly rental rate is $1,100.00

 Early bird registration, saves you  $200 OFF our regular weekly rates and

 you would only pay  $ 900.00 per week.

 We do not do weekend rentals, minimum one week rental.

 The longer you stay the better the rental rate.

 We have a very nice clean home, only steps, 3 houses from Higgins  Lake.

 Located on the east side of Higgins Lake. 

 Our home can sleep up to (8) people

 NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED

 NO CAMPERS OR TENTS ALLOWED 

 Community dock at the end of our very short quite street.

 Lake conditions are excellent. Sandy clear bottom, you can go out about  400 feet and  you are only in about 3 feet of clear water. Great for all day    water fun.    

 Our Home is on a double lot with plenty of room and privacy. 

 Attached (2) car garage to store your toys in.

 Everything you could possibly need will be supplied. 

 Just bring your tooth brush, your own beach towels and toys.

 Some prefer to bring a few personal items or belongings.
 We have renters that also bring their own boats/jet skis.

 We go to the South State Park, a (3) minute car ride with the best boat launch  and  beach area.  During the day, we just drop anchor at the end of our street  in about 3 feet  of water. Go back to the house have lunch and were out  boating again for the rest of the  day. By the end of the day,  we pull our boat  out of the water and  leave it on our  driveway.   

 Home Details:
 Master Bedroom is on the main floor with Queen size bed with tv/cable, right  next to  a full size bathroom and shower, (2) bedrooms are up stair with a half  bath, one room  has a Queen size bed, other bedroom has (2) twin beds with  tv/cable. Also our Living  Room has tv/cable with a Queen size pull out sofa bed.

 We supply one set of sheets per bed. 

 Home includes: A total of (3) TV's with cable/VHS, washer/dryer & microwave
 Front of home has a large wood wrap around deck to sit or lay out on.
 Our back yard has a nice size cement patio with furniture, grill & fire pit.

 Only a (3) minute car ride to the Higgins Lake South State Park and Beach.

 We are located only a few minutes off I-75 & exit 239.

 Near Gerrish Township Police/Fire/Park.

 Close to many good places to eat, grocery stores, gas stations, dairy queen,              golf courses.

 Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly Rental Rates are also available.

 The longer you stay the more flexible we can get with the rental rate.

 Were flexible, most weekly renters usually go from Saturday to Saturday.

"Special Reduced Rates"  for the next (3) renters.

 Take $200 off our normal listed weekly rates. 

PRIME MONTHS: JUNE/JULY/AUGUST          $   1.100.00   per week.

 July 4th (holiday week):                                  $    1,200.00   per week.

 APRIL/MAY/SEPT/OCTOBER                         $    1,000.00   per week.

 Standard security deposit is:  $ 600.00  

 We charge a $ 75.00 basic cleaning fee.

 This will cover basic house cleaning consisting of: stripping all beds, replacing      them with clean sheets, clean bathrooms, dusting and pass sweeper. Any  additional  cleaning that may be required will be charged to the renter. You will  be  responsible for leaving the kitchen clean,  removing all food from fridge,  place trash in dumpster in front of house for pickup.

 Check out time:     10:30  am

 Rental rates may be subject to change at anytime.
 No rentals are permitted to anyone under 21 years of age.

 Lock in your weekly reservation with a 50% good faith rental deposit.   

 Payment for rent balance, security deposit & cleaning fee will be required  at  least (30) days prior to your arrival.

 Standard Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be provided for any reason including, weather conditions or  emergencies. If for any reason you are not able to fulfill your commitment,  please notify us immediately. If we are able to re-rent your reserved week for  the same rental fee, you will then receive a 100% refund of your already paid  rental amount. If we are not able to re-rent your week, you will have lost your  already paid rental amount. Only the security deposit will be refunded, if that  separate amount was also received with the rent.
