Colorful South Beach Style Oceanfront Vacation/Family Reunion Home
in exclusive Ponce Inlet just minutes from Daytona Beach, Florida.

This vacation home is located on the site of the last beach races of
the Daytona 500. With 4300 sq.ft. of space, the house was designed
for great beach vacations. It is 10 minutes from world famous
Daytona Beach. This private home has a large swimming pool and is
located directly on the beach. To provide a safer experience for
children, there is no driving on this stretch of beach. It is a
natural turtle nesting habitat, and schools of dolphin occasionally
swim by.

This is a perfect location for families with children and family
reunions.

7 rooms are on the ocean (4 of these are bedrooms). Aerial photos
are available. Open floor space provides ample room for dancing, get
togethers, and receptions. Spacious dining room, living room, and
fully equipped kitchen are all oceanfront. Family room is complete
with cable TV, VCR, DVD, and CD players. Large in house laundry room
has washer/dryer and ironing board/iron. Three upstairs bedrooms are
oceanfront- each with private bath and a balcony. Fourth
bedroom/office downstairs has private bath and fifth bedroom is
oceanfront. No smoking please. Sorry, no pets allowed on property.
