volleyball in the sand or just relax and watch a gorgeous sunset!

Spacious three bedroom two bath CBS home(no mobile home)with full
kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite, full size washer and dryer, tile
floors, ceiling fans in living room, patio and in all the bedrooms, central air/
heat, plantation shutters, 55" LCD TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms, 
cable, wireless internet, DVD player, stereo, outdoor gas grill, large screened
patio, and plenty of parking for your boat, trailer and cars. Queen-size bed
in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the guest room and two twin beds
in the 2nd guest bedroom. Master bedroom has it's own bath, sofa has a full
size sleeper with a pillow-top mattress, so house can sleep up to 7-8 comfortably.
All linens, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, paper goods, hair dryer, iron and ironing
board are provided. We also supply fishing & snorkel equipment, an inflatable 
2 person kayak, bicycles, life jackets, rafts, beach chairs and coolers for your pleasure.

We are located only 2 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State
Park, 1 mile from Swim with the Dolphins, 1/2 mile to grocery stores, 
restaurants and shopping. Starbucks, Sun Cruz Casino, glass bottom
boat rides, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat & jet ski rentals and fishing
charters are all within 1 mile. We are 2 miles from Jacobs Aquatic
Water Park for the kids, a 30 minute ride to Everglades National
Park, Homestead Speedway, Theater of the Sea in Islamorada and the
World Famous Tiki Bar. We are 1.5 hrs to Key West, 1 hr from Miami
Int'l Airport and South Beach, and 1.5 hr ride from Ft.
Lauderdale.
