runners. Swim, snorkel, fish, barbecue, have a picnic under the huge
tiki hut, play volleyball in the sand, or just relax and watch a
gorgeous sunset.

Spacious three bedroom two bath CBS home(no mobile home)with full
kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite, washer, dryer, tile
floors, ceiling fans in living room, patio, and in all the bedrooms,
central AC, plantation shutters, cable TV, internet, DVD players,
stereo, outdoor gas grill, large screened patio, and plenty of
parking for your boat, trailer, and cars. Queen-size bed in the
master bedroom, queen size bed in the guest room, and two twin beds
in the 2nd guest bedroom. Sofa has a full size sleeper with a
pillow-top mattress, so house can sleep up to 8 comfortably. All
linens, dishes, pots & pans,utensils, hair dryer, iron and ironing
board, are provided. We also supply fishing equipment, an inflatable
2 person kayak, life jackets, rafts, beach chairs, and coolers for
your pleasure.

We are located only 4 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State
Park, 1 mile from Swim with the Dolphins, 1/2 mile to grocery stores
and shopping. Starbucks, Sun Cruz Casino, glass bottom boat rides,
snorkeling, scuba diving, boat & jet ski rentals, and fishing
charters are all within 1 mile. We are 2 miles from Jacobs Aquatic
Water Park for the kids, a 30 minute ride to Everglades National
Park, Homestead Speedway, Theater of the Sea in Islamorada and the
World Famous Tiki Bar. We are 1.5 hrs to Key West, 1 hr from Miami
Int'l Airport and South Beach, and 1.5 hr ride from Ft.
Lauderdale.

Holiday weeks/lobster mini-season- $1300.00 per week
$500.00 Security Deposit required for confirmation. Refundable
within 15 days of departure if no damage

There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125 on weekly rentals and
$150 for monthly rentals.
