Pool maintained by owner, renters to pay for propane for hot tub. One tank included with 2 month stay. Fully screened pool and patio with outdoor shower and barbeque grill.
Master suite with king size bed, roman tub, twin sinks, shower and walk-in closet. Queen size beds in guest bedrooms. Owners closet is in one guest bedroom.
No available garage parking. No smoking inside house and no pets.

Deposit of $500 is required at time of reservation. Total amount due
before arrival. Deposit held
two weeks after departure. 100% refund for cancellations prior to 60
days of reservation. No
refund for cancellations less than 60 days unless house is rented.
Departure cleaning fee of $100 required. Ask about our multi-month
and senior discounts.
Season rental: Winter: October 15 - April 17:
Can be rented as a: 3 BR, 2 Bath -- $3,000 per month
Summer: April 18 - October 14:
3 BR, 2 Bath -- $2,000 per month
There is 11.5% FLA Tax that will be added to your rental.
