Mesmerizing views, views, views, views!  Truly mesmerizing!  This two bedroom apartment (completely renovated in 2008) is a dream come true for water lovers, boat lovers, and fishing fanatics.  Located directly on the harbor of Southwest Harbor, Maine, panoramic views from the living room brings the activities of the lobster boats, pleasure boats, sail boats, and mega yachts indoors.  The deck off the living room brings you even closer to absorbing the world on the water (literally right below your feet).  Not only do you have spectacular up close views of harbor activity, you also can enjoy views of the mountains of Acadia Nation Park in the distance.  The apartment is less than a mile from downtown southwest harbor (very easy walking and biking) and only twenty to thirty minutes from Ellsworth, Bar Harbor, Cadillac Mountain, and much, much more.  Last, but certainly not least, this apartment offers continuous hypnotic views and activities of the harbor. Wouldn’t you like to sit on the deck and watch a local fisherman unload his lobster catch? Or, even better yet walk down and purchase lobsters that were in the ocean only a few hours earlier.  You couldn’t ask for a better dinner!  Not to be repetitive, but this location is a world of its own.  Come and Enjoy!

The apartment is very spacious (1150sf) plus a deck over the water.  Entry to the apartment is by one of two stairways; one inside (in case of bad weather), or the second stairway which is outside on the waterside.  The front deck has childproof webbing around all railings.  This is a perfect location for enjoying morning coffee, lunch, or an afternoon happy hour.  The large living room/dining room/open kitchen area is very people friendly and is totally surrounded on three sides with large picture windows.  All apartment windows are equipped with window quilts for insulation and privacy.  Living room contains queen sleeper sofa, cable television, and DVD player.  Kitchen is completely equipped with all necessary amenities – dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, ice maker, dishwasher, etc.  Just bring your clothes and food and you are ready to go!  Dining room has a four-place table and also an island with four bar stools.

The guest bedroom contains a complete queen bedroom suite. The master bedroom (over 250sf) also has a queen bedroom suite, an additional double sofa-sleeper, and a desk with chair. Last, but not least, the spacious bathroom also houses washer and dryer for your convenience. This apartment is truly a home away from home, so come and enjoy!

Owners supply bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bed-sheets, blankets, and pillows. Direct TV with DVD player. Plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives, cups, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied by the owners. Cooking supplies (pots, pans and utensils) are also supplied by the owners. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, fans, front deck with table, chairs, storage bin, and small propane grill. Put all of this together and you create a unbelievable vacation spot!
