vacation rental description
This terrific 4 bedroom 2 bath near beach pool home is located just
2/10 of a mile to one of the
most gorgeous shell laden beaches in the world. You can walk, ride
your bike or park your car at the
private beach access, located right at the end of the street. Then
you take the beach path that
leads you right down to the sandy shore. This is a true Sanibel Beach
Home with all the amenities
that you will need to enjoy your stay on this beautiful island. The
living and dining room are light
and bright, with a full kitchen and a guest room and bath, right off
the kitchen...great for
midnight snacks! The wooden deck surrounds the outside of the house
where you can sun or read or
just snooze the days away. Upstairs the master is roomy with a king
sized bed with your own private
deck that you can watch the gulf or the stars from. Two other guest
rooms are found upstairs, one
with twin beds and the other bunk beds (fun for the kids) with a
double on the bottom and single the
top.
There is a tropical heated pool, grill and lounge chairs and outside
dining table. It's a wonderful
spot to just relax and sip your Pina Coladas. The house is locted in
the Tradewinds subdivision
which is equal distance between Sanibel & Captiva. You are just
minutes from the Ding Darling
Wildlife Sanctuary, the New Sanibel Recreation Center, The Shell
Museum, The Care and Rehabilitation
of Wildlife Center. The famous Doc Ford's restaurant is only a short
hop, as is Captiva with all it
has to offer.
