South Austin Modern in Austin

Modern architecture in eclectic south Austin. This newly constructed Metrohouse is 1600 sf of
innovative modern architecture. Walk to several local eateries or take an easy drive to famed South
Congress area, Zilker Park, or Downtown. The home has two private bedrooms with two full baths
upstairs. There is also a powder room downstairs for guest. An open study at the top of the stairs
has a sofa sleeper that can accomodate two additional guest.

Room Arrangements - Sleeps a total of 6

     Master Bedroom - - Sleeps 2 One Queen Size bed, 2nd floor, walk in closet equipped with Elfa Shelving and drawers, bureau dresser, two night stands, two bath robes,private bath with walk in shower, Bose wave radio with remote with IPOD dock

      Guest Bedroom - Sleeps 2 - One Queen Size bed, 2nd floor, walk in closet equipped with Elfa shelving and drawers, two night stands, lounge chair and ottoman, two additional ottomans for placing suitcases, direct access door to second bath.  This second bath also has an access door to study. (Both guest bedroom and study have access to this second bathroom - this second bath has a tub/shower combo)

       Study - Sleeps 2- One futon that opens into full size bed.

Walk to local eateries, (Torchys Tacos has become a local Austin divey favorite)  Buenos Aries Cafe just up the street on South First is awesome.....its quaint, clean, cute and has great food....a daily lunch special.  Try my lunch favorite...the grilled veggie eggplant sandwich...its freaking amazing!!  The dinners are really good.)

Bike to eclectic shops and eateries on South First Street or bike over to South Congress Avenue.

$200 to $400 per night depending on demand and seasonal events taking place in Austin at
the time of
stay. Generally a two night minimum is required and longer stays are required during peak
seasonal
events such as SXSW and ACL Festivals. Rates will also depend on number of guest.
