Lakefront Home for Seniors 55+and free Golf in Winter Haven

This furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath, double wide home is in the Carefree
Country Club development: a private, gated community for adults 55
and older. Our home is one of only 8 homes in the park with
a direct view of the lake. The viewing of birds, ducks, fish,
sunsets, water skiers, an occasional alligator, sea planes, and just
plain sunlight reflecting off the waves provides 24 hour entertainment.                                                                                                              
Winter Haven is the home of Cypress Gardens and conveniently located to Disney and the other theme parks as well as both coasts and 2 major airports.

    Our air-conditioned home was remodeled in 2003, enabling us to enjoy
the lake view from every room of the house. The home has a fully
equipped kitchen including: stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and all dishes and utensils. Also included in the home is a washer and dryer combo.
    The master bedroom has its own bath with a tub and shower and a five
foot vanity. Linens and towels provided.The second bedroom has a large closet, sleeper sofa and adjoining bath with shower.
    The fully furnished living room/dining room has a great, open view of
the lake. A TV with VHS and DVD player is provided.
    There is also a small desk/office area with phone and high speed
internet.

Carefree Country Club has a host of year-round activities all
available at no additional charge: 9-hole golf course, tennis
courts, horse shoes, boccee ball, shuffle board, hot tub, heated
swimming pool, boat launch, table tennis, pool tables, community
band, choir, and church services, with other activities including pot
luck dinners, dances, cards and game nights.
The pool and clubhouse are located within 100 yards of our home.
