The master bath has an antique soaking tub and "typhoon" shower, and in European tradition, all
bedrooms have their own sink! Dining room, living room, eat-in kitchen and large deck with gazebo.
There is ample off-street parking on over an acre of land, resplendent with large shade trees.
The quiet park across the street has a beautiful walking trail with work-out stations for fitness
buffs! Downtown restaurants, shops, and antiquing are an easy two-block stoll away. Landrum is the
start of the "String of Pearls", a scenic drive into the Blue Ridge Mountains up route #176 to
Asheville, a lovely daytrip. Visit Biltmore, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Flatrock, Blowing Rock, Tryon,
Saluda, Hendersonville, and more. Travel the back roads and take in the beauty of all the horse
farms for which the area is known. Spend a day at FENCE (just 2 miles away) or Harmon Field (7
miles) and take in a horse show or other event, or golf at one of our many fine courses. Spend an
evening at a local auction, or one of the area's many festivals. There is always something
happening!
