Beautiful three story duplex directly on the water with open bay views. The house has two bedrooms on
the second floor and the Master Bedroom is on the third floor with outstanding bay views. Master
bedroom has wood floors and the rest of the house is tiled. TV's in the living area, master bedroom
and another bedroom. Has queen size beds in all the rooms and in the master has an additional twin
sleeper sofa. In the ground floor there is a large play room and bathroom. It also has a covered
terrace with pation furniture.
The house has a 100 ft dock with a chickkee at the end. It also has a Jacuzzi and kayaks (2) are
available for renters use. You can fish, boat, swim, snorkel and kayak directly from our private
beach. The dock can accommodate two or more boats depending on their size. Take a nap and relax from
a hammock located at the end of the dock and watch beautiful sunsets.
There is another duplex exactly the same that can also be rented to accomodate another family (45106)
