Beatiful three story duplex directly on the water with open bay views. The duplex has two bedrooms on
the second floor and the Master bedroom is on the third floor with outstanding bay views. Master
bedroom has wood floors the rest of the house is tiled. TV's in the living area and master bedroom.
King size bed in master and queen size beds in the other two. In the ground floor there is a large
play room and bathroom. It also has a covered terrace with patio furniture.
The house has a 100 ft. dock with a chickee at the end. It also has a Jacuzzi and kayaks are
available for renters use. You can fish, boat, swim, snorkel and kayak directly from our private
beach.
The dock can accomodate two or more boats depending on their size. Take a nap and relax from a
hammock located at the end of the dock and watch beatiful sunsets.

Back country fishing, ocean fishing. Many charter boats in the area. John Pennekamp State Park is
only minutes away (snorkling, diving, canoe rentals and nature trails). Plenty of dive operators
