Cute, 2-3 bedroom, 1 bath, lake front cottage. The home is located across the street from a private
boat ramp which can be used by the occupants of the home. This cottage sits right on the water, has
its own dock and is located on a large sandy bottom cove that is great for swimming, jet skiing and
fishing. The home features two queen size beds, a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa and separate
sofa in the living room for guests to sleep on.
The home is 90 minutes from Houston and 10 minutes outside of Livingston, Texas just off Highway
190. The close proximity to groceries, restraunts and gas makes this a convenient place to get away
for some rest and relaxation.

$250.00 per night, $500.00 per weekend (3 days, 2 nights), $1,000 per week, monthly rates are
available upon request. A refundable security deposit of $300 and $75 non-refundable cleaning fee
required. Cancelations must be made within 60 days of check-in in order to receive full refund of
security and cleaning deposits. If applicable, a pet deposit may be required.
