This wonderful family owned home is truly special in every respect.
Expensively furnished and decorated with all the warmth you would
appreciate. It is absolutely
the best value on the beach... with the lowest rates (which won't last
long). Located right in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach, this second
floor (only two floors) end unit offers unique privacy and spectacular
ocean views.
From the foyer, walk into the Living Room/Dining Room with a fantastic
view of the ocean. And just enjoy the large lanai as you watch the
sunrise in the morning and enjoy afternoon cocktails With two baths (one
with a tub and shower and the other with an oversized shower),
the Master Bedroom has a King and the second bedroom has two twins.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need and is all you
want.
Golf, tennis, beach walking, restaurants, shopping ...it's all right here.
