Nestled in the cedars on the shores of Green Bay, this three bedroom, two bath, 2000 square foot home
offers you magnificent sunsets, endless hours of beach activities and captivating waterfront vistas.
Villa Royer is located approximately 5 miles south of Egg Harbor on the shores of Green Bay. The
location ensures guests the privacy of their own woods and beach with the activity of all the little
towns of Door County just minutes away.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with two sinks
and a tub/shower. There is a large great room with a wood burning fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD. The
fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave and double ovens. There is also a washer
and a dryer in the laundry room. Both the screen porch and the deck overlook the water and the house
has its own private beach with yet another deck for swimming, sunbathing, sunset watching and
marshmallow roasting. This cozy villa is situated on 5 acres of Green Bay shores. Just minutes from
multiple golf courses, shops and restaurants, it offers activities for young and experienced. Finish
your days with a picture perfect sunset and let a cool lake breeze and the sound of the waves rock
you to sleep. Villa Royer will wash away stress and leave you with a new found love of Door County.

Villa Royer is available May through October.
Weekly rates are $1400 per week (Saturday to Saturday) for up to 5 person occupancy from Memorial Day to labor Day. There is an additional $30 per person per night charge for occupancy of more than 5 people.
Nightly rates of $225 are available for the rest of the year. A two night minimum stay is required.
