bedroom, internet, fully stocked kitchen with food/bar available upon
request for your convenience.

Complete activity book in house with local coupons for various
activities.

  I just wanted to thoroughly express my appreciation of such a wonderful vacation home to stay in. It was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we have ever experienced in a while.     The children would have rather stayed in the pool than do anything else but we managed to drag them away from it several times to go and explore a bit. They also said "thank you" for the chocolates, that just showed how much you wanted us to have a great vacation.     All was greatly appreciated and enjoyed.

Great LOCAL charter and inlet deep sea fishing (FLORIDA SPORTSMAN
MAGAZINE RATES IT ONE OF THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY!), bike riding,
number 1 state park in US 16 miles away, Many beautiful east coast
beaches within 10 miles. The Intercoastal waterway within 5 miles.
Skydiving 5 minutes away at Sebastian airpark, quite a few local golf
courses, manatee viewing within 10 miles from house, many quality
restaurants only a short drive away (dining guide and activity book
located in the house),less than 5 miles to skeet shooting, many
theatres, local art shows, and small town activities, a little over
an hours ride to Disney and Universal theme parks, Kennedy Space
Center 50 minutes away -
wonderful quiet and great community for walks, rest, and relaxation,
swimming, beach activities, diving, snorkeling, tennis and much more.

Payment/Deposits: No reservation is guaranteed until the full
deposit is received. 50% of total rent due 30 days in advance of
reservation date. Personal checks accepted for Deposits and Rent
Paid 30 days in advance. Balance is due on arrival. Cash, money
order or bank guaranteed check ONLY for rents paid at arrival.

Reservation/damage deposit: One week or less: $250. Two Weeks: $300.
Three Weeks: $400. Month: $500. Reservation/damage deposits are NOT
credited towards the rent.
Reservation/damage deposits returned by mail within 5 business days
or at time of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 60 days or more in advance: full refund minus
$50. 15-59 days in advance: 50% of deposit. Less than 15 days: No
refund. In any case I will attempt to find a replacement guest.
If one is found, I will refund your deposit and rent minus $100.

PETS: (limit of two, if approved): $10 per night per pet. Pet
