Sand Castle on Lake Michigan in Grand Haven

Lake Michigan Beach House! Private beach - 75' on the water. Beautiful
white sand beach - you can walk for miles. The cottage is close to the
city of Grand Haven which is a resort destination offering quaint
shops and great restaurants. The cottage has a cozy living area which
is open to the recently updated kitchen. Living room slider lets you
walk out to a large patio and from there you walk down
to the water. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor -one with a king
size bed, one with a queen and the other has bunk beds. There is a
large room upstairs which has a queen size bed, a baby crib and a
youth bed. Photos can be emailed upon request.

The beach is the main attraction plus the magnificent sunrises and
sunsets. The patio is perfect for outside dining. You can sit on the
beach or on the patio and watch freighters go in and out the Grand
Haven pier. The pier is also good for fishing and it is within walking
distance. And after the sunset you can build a fire on the beach and roast marshmallows.  And then after another perfect day there
are many games to choose from for family fun. Photo ops to remember a
great vacation.

*****Because this cottage is located in a single family residential neighborhood we reserve the right to rent to only those who would fit that category. We have to respect the rights of the neighbors. The cottage is not large enough to handle more than 8 people. Not available for weddings or reunions.

Lake Michigan is an all sport lake which is great for boating,
swimming, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing to name just
a few. Besides walking on the beach there is a hiking trail that you
can access just behind the cottage. There is a marina within walking
distance where you can launch the beach toys.There are several golf
courses and tennis courts in the area. The North Shore Tennis Club
offers tennis lessons for all ages. You can take sailing lessons at
the Spring Lake Yacht Club. The downtown area has a board walk which
is fun on a summer day.

Prime time summer rates are $3600.00 per week.
Spring and fall rates are $2800.00 per week.

Early June and September    $3000. per week

Winter lease  $!200. per month  plus utilities

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required. Final payment is due
one month before rental period which will include an additional
$500.00 security deposit and a cleaning fee of $150.00 The security deposit will be returned upon
the condition of the cottage after your stay.
Rentals are from Friday at 2PM til Friday at 10AM

Week-end rentals during non-prime season will be considered.

Winter rental is available from Sept-May. $1200. per month plus utilities.
