Casa de Flores is a little piece of heaven in the Historic Center of
the Colonial white city of Merida.
The owner has brought to the recently completed renovations her keen
sense of design, color and flair.
Enter into the front receiving room and you'll be struck with the
warmth and overall feeling of tranquil serenity. The living room opens
onto a covered terrace for an extended sitting area. The house
features 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 custom
made singles. The bedrooms share the bathroom which features a
wonderful mix of polished concrete and stone. The dining room has private doors to the garden and pool. The well equipped kitchen has a large pantry, quality fridge, gas stove and washer.The house offers cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, telephone, air conditioned bedrooms.The gardens host an array of color, shade and beauty. The filtered swimming pool has a bamboo fountain amongst the green of the ferns.

Casa de Flores is located on Calle 47 in the heart of Merida's
historic centro, just 3 blocks from the famous open market of Santa
Ana. Merida's main square is a short stroll away, where you'll find
the oldest cathedral on the American continent, the Government's
palace and Merida's town hall. Get to know the colonial city of Merida
where the history dates back to 1542. Daily excursions outside the
city can take you to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico,
discover Mexican fishing villages, tour mangroves, flamingo lake
reserves, Mayan ruins including the famous Chichen Itza,
cenotes(swimming holes),caves. Discover the best that the Yucatan has
to offer.

Merida is a busy city of approx. 1 million people with top
restaurants, beautiful architecture, art galleries, symphonies, ballet
