Holiday Rates Per Night:
$325 for 4 guests, $350 for 5 guests, $375 for 6 guests, $400 for 7 guests, $425 for 8, $450 for 9 and $475 for 10.
2011 Holiday rates applies to the following dates:
February 18 - 21 President's Weekend
May 27 - 30 - Memorial Day Weekend
July 1 - 4 - Fourth of July Weekend
September 2 - 5 - Labor Day Weekend
November 23, 24 & 25 - Thanksgiving Holiday
December 23, 24, 25 - Christmas
December 30, 31 & January 1 - New Years Eve
Terms & Conditions:
A deposit of 2 night's rent is required to reserve the suite. 1 night's rent applies towards rent the other night's rent automatically converts into a security deposit upon arrival and is refunded within 24 hours after departure.
This entire deposit is refunded upon cancellation, minus a $50 processing fee, if request is received as follows:
60 days before arrival - 100%
59 - 31 days before arrival - 50%
30 - 0 days before arrival - 0%
Deposits are accepted via the PayPal link on our website from all major creditcards and bank account direct debits. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival in cash, not check.
All rentals are charged a $75 cleaning fee.
