Located a few hundred yards from the beautiful white sandy Gulf
Beaches with a waterfront view of
the Boca Ciega Bay, this 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, 2 story townhome has
it all. Drink your morning coffee overlooking the inter-coastal
waterway from your balcony or picnic by the water's edge or pool.
Enter into the living room-complete with sleeper sofa, TV, stereo, CD
player and a fireplace for those cool winter nights. The main floor
has a fully equipped Galley Style Kitchen with dishwasher and
microvave adjacent to the dining area. The 1/2 bath and laundry
area complete the first floor.
Upstairs is a huge bedroom with a King size bed, large walk-in
closet, sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, and full bath.
It's just a short walk across the road to the beach where playful
dolphins are often seen and the sunsets are a must to see! The Winn-
Dixie and CVS Pharmacy are also just a short walk. Grab the Beach
Trolley for a visit to John's Pass for shopping or dining.
Madiera Beach is an easy drive from both St Petersburg Airport and
Tampa.
If you choose, you don't even need a rental car- the Beach Trolley
will take you all the way from Clearwater to Passe Grille.

Madiera Beach Yacht club is a gated community with security, 2 heated
swimming pools, Jacuzzi, fitness room with sauna, and fishing piers.
Our unit is complete with full kitchen amenities,cable
TV,washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath and beach
towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Just pack your clothes and you are
ready for vacation!

The public library is accross the street with Wi-Fi, CDs,DVDs for rent, relaxing reading- all available for short term residents.

Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea world are about a 90 minute
drive. Busch Gardens,Tarpon Springs, Clear Water and Anna Marie
Island are less than an hour's drive. Water front activities
such as fishing, Casnino amd dolphin watching tours, Jet Skis and
parasailing can all be booked just down the road at John's Pass
Shopping Area. The Sea Bird Sanctuary is just down Gulf Blvd also.
Tennis, golf and miniature golf are also located near
by. America's #1 Beach for 2008, Fort Desoto State Park and Beach is
an easy 30 minute drive and the Tampa Bay Sports stadiums as well.
Pinellas County Heritage Village and Museum, St Petersburg Acquarium
and Zoo, and St Petersburg Fine Arts Museum are also easily
accessible.

November & December 2009 $500 per week, $2000. per month, plus $75.00 cleaning fee.
April-May, 2010 $600. per week, $2200 per month plus $75.00 cleaning fee and 12% Florida Tourist Tax.
