Our spacious condo has fabulous ocean views! Lay in bed or sip coffee on our balcony and watch the sun rise over the ocean! Our unit is located on the third floor and offers three bedrooms and TWO full bathrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen, roomy wrap around balcony with table and chairs, breakfast nook, dining room, large living room and wet bar!
Huthinson Island offers great weather year round! Our building has easy access to the beautiful beach, two pools and hot tub,tennis courts, and golf. This well manicured offers an incredible value to all its guests due to its premier location, the amenities, and the fabulous views from the Ocean and the Indian River. This Non-smoking condomunium has also has a washer and dryer, Cable TV, DVD, microwave etc.
