The private gated ocean side beach house located in Key West, Florida is two stories with two
bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a brand new kitchen. The kitchen has new appliances such as an oven,
microwave and a dishwasher. The upstairs living room area has a sofa bed, therefore living room can
serve as a third bedroom.The house is also fully furnished with a large screen plasma television
that has cable installed. The house has access to a private beach with a boat ramp.
vacation rental rates
The weekly rate for the property is available at $1,000.00 and the monthly rate is $3,250.00. If
rented monthly the maid service is included.
The security deposit required is $500.00 for the one week rental and $1,500.00 for the monthly
rental.
The rent whether weekly or monthly must be paid in advance.
