This Cape Cod-style cottage is located directly on the sand of Padaro
Beach in exclusive Montecito. In Spanish, Casa Tranquilla means
House of Tranquility which is exactly how you will feel during
your stay at this beachside retreat. The sea air and soft sand will
revive you and bring a peaceful feeling to you in a way that you will
treasure.
Decks and gardens combine a front two bedroom/two bath and a back
bedroom with a full bath, creating a wonderful compound for groups
of families and friends. Step from the front patio on to the sand
take a picnic, a good book, a surf board and some of your best
friends and family to enjoy the stretches of sand, surf and famous
South Coast shoreline.
The front cottage has a master suite with a king bed, a second
bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeping loft for two. The fully
appointed kitchen is great for preparing your meals and putting
together the perfect picnic basket for a day at the beach. The light-
filled dining area comfortably seats 6 with room for others to
casually dine near-by. There is a heated, glass-enclosed porch that
extends across the front of the two properties so that you can enjoy
the beauty of the sand and ocean views even during the cooler months
of the year. There are ocean views from every window of the front
house.
The second cottage has a master suite with a queen bed, great room
and separate kitchen for those who would like a little more
seclusion. This second part of the property is perfect for a second
family, in-laws, teenaged kids, and anyone else who might want more
privacy from the rest of the group. There is a cozy firepit on the
patio, a separate BBQ and is just steps to the sand. Each cottage
has flat screen HDTVs and WiFi internet throughout.
There is a two car garage and numerous beach equipment including
kayaks, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas.
NOTE: Pricing is broken into rental of entire property (main house
AND apartment) and just for the main house. Please specify # of
guests who will be staying at the house so we can determine which
would be best for your party. This home is currently rented to a long term tenant.

High Season: $6,500/week or $1,200/night
(June, July, August, holidays )
Mid Season: $5,000/week or $1,000/night
Low Season: $4,000/week or $1,000/night
* 4-night stay required at $1000/night.
Prices based on 7-day stay. Shorter or longer stays prorated at
nightly rate. 14+ day stays will be considered for a discounted rate.
