First floor: master bedroom; full bath, washer/dryer; family and dining areas; breakfast bar, cable TV and combination VCR/CD player. Custom-designed kitchen includes all the comforts of home including a Jenn-Aire combination conventional / convection oven,disposal and dishwasher. The entire area overlooks deck and secluded back yard with lawn, sea grass and bushes; beyond to the wildlife refuge and marsh. Second floor boasts four bedrooms with beautiful views and includes: a bath with shower.

Prime Season: $2,500
Fall: $1,700 / Week
Post-Season: $1,500 / Week
Rental deposit of $1000 & security deposit of $500 is due as will be
described on rental application. Unpaid balance is due 4 weeks prior
to occupancy. Should it become necessary for guest to cancel
reservation the owner retains all received funds other than security
deposit until unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time
period. All funds payable by cash, certified check, money order, or
Travelers check; U.S. Funds only.
