Our condominium is located on the famed East Course, number seven Green. Walk, bike, drive 880 yards to the Beach Club. We have a gorgeous water to golf to water view. Live comfortably in our 2000 Square foot, Ground Floor, single level condominium.

$175/day (3 day minimum), $1,150 per week, $1,950 for two weeks, $2,650 per month.
All rates subject to $95 cleaning fee and 9% sales tax.
$300 refundable security/damage fee.
One dog under 20 pounds allowed with prior approval. There is a $15 per day pet fee (max fee $105).
Deposit will be $500.
Rental fee and deposit may be higher during holidays and special events
