A payment of the Security Deposit will hold your reservation. First and last month rent along with a cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your arrival.

A refundable Security Deposit of $350.00 to $1000.00 is required, depending on the length of stay.

Cleaning fee: $150.00 for monthly rentals.
