This deluxe patio home has two bedrooms, two full baths, two car attached garage and is fully furnished. The great room with a wood burning fireplace, seperates the two bedrooms. The kitchen with new granite counter tops is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, etc. The laundry room has a full size washer & dryer. All bed linen and towels are provided.

A payment of the Security Deposit will hold your reservation. First and last month rent along with a cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your arrival.
A refundable Security Deposit of $300.00 to $1000.00 is required, depending on the length of stay.
Cleaning fee: $150.00 for monthly rentals, $75.00 for weekly rentals.
