The kitchen with new granite counter tops is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, etc. The laundry room has a full size washer & dryer. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Your beautiful professionally landscaped, large private flagstone patio comes complete with a wood burning Kiva, built in BBQ, pedestal fountain, fruit trees and patio furniture for your use.

A payment of the Security Deposit will hold your reservation. First and last month rent along with a cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your arrival.

A refundable Security Deposit of $300.00 to $1000.00 is required, depending on the length of stay.

Cleaning fee: $150.00 for monthly rentals, $95.00 for weekly rentals.
